A four storey mixed use development containing 12 x twin key apartments over retail shop fronts and carparking, this project is located in the waterfront suburb of North Ward, Townsville City. In modelling the elevations, care was taken to treat the ground floor podium, apartments and roof over as “separate” elements, to reduce the overall bulk of the structure, this being supported by selective and varied choice of materials and colour. MPA were responsible for the architecture and town planning for this project.
